Entry 1: Trout Lake Art Show Published Pieces
I’m adding this blog to my website to publish my artwork publicly before sharing it at the Trout Lake, WA Art Show this Friday, and hopefully continuing after. My goal is to use this as motivation to get pieces out there for the world to see, versus sitting in my many (many) sketchbooks and the attic. Below are the first pieces I will be showing with captions.

Those are currently the pieces chosen from my peers in the Watercolor Class I have been taking this July, to be shown this Friday. I will be adding a botanicals piece and a few extra pieces as well to follow in another post.
All of the pieces above connect to the Universe I've been building. As time goes on, I will start to share the stories behind the characters, situations, and places shown. And hopefully, later down the road, bring it together into a collection of stories to share. But for now, this is what I’m bringing to the world, which will be followed by more.
